Modia Poultry Farm was established in 2008 on a one acre piece of land at Adjemasu- Dominase Kumasi Obuasi Road.

Our experience with the less hygienic dip-litter system is what prompted us to carry out research on modern egg production systems. In 2014, the farm was renovated where we established a modern state-of-the art poultry farm that has continuously improved its systems, not only in terms of infrastructures, but also biosecurity systems and proper management practices. The farm is located on a 21 acres piece of land in Adjemasu- Dominase  It comprises of a state-of-the-art brooding facility, production houses and a feed mill.
